IPAG Soars in 2025

Two years before its Golden Anniversary, IPAG continues to overwhelm

One for the books. This year, IPAG has again surpassed the 50,000 live-audience mark (excluding appearances on Livestreamed productions, which reached up to 100 countries worldwide).

How a performing group on the fringes evolves into a dominant company in the Philippines, the most-traveled, with over fifty full-feature productions performed worldwide to millions. Forty-eight years without a permanent theatre building, a company whose logistic support is as transient as its roadshow audiences.

𝘓𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘺, 𝘐𝘗𝘈𝘎 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘨𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘮.

A major earthquake and super typhoons cancelled road shows, stranded the company in the Bicol region, consequently cancelling performances at the Vietnam International and the Shanghai APB Festivals.

Saddest is the unexpected demise of our most avid supporter, Sir Ruffy (Engr. Rufino Ignacio), a guardian and inspiration who has kept our creative spirits high, having hosted IPAG in its US roadshows.

But even after these moments of grief, we roll back to euphoria with prospects that, in the next few months, we will be mapping programs that will spur our creativity towards a robust industry.
